Amusing footage of a paddle boarder towing her male companion around in the water while he snorkelled at a popular island has gone viral online.
The entertaining scenes were captured at Rottnest Island, a popular tourist destination off the Western Australia coast near Perth.
Island visitors can be heard laughing in the background as a snorkeller lies belly down on a paddleboard with his face submerged in the water.

The footage went viral after it was shared by satirical Facebook page Bell Tower Times on Monday.
‘Rotto snorkeling game 101. Work smarter not harder,’ the video was captioned.
The footage garnered thousands of comments from impressed viewers.

‘When you want to go snorkelling but don’t want to get wet,’ one woman commented.
Another added: ‘No need for all your dive gear, only a mask and snorkel.’
Many viewers were inspired to give it go the next time they go paddle boarding.
Others expressed concern about sharks which could be lurking in the water.
More than half a million visitors head to Rottnest Island each year, which is home to 300 residents and 10,000 quokkas.
