LOWER KEYS, Fla. – An Englewood man has died following a snorkel trip in the Florida Keys.
Kale Dailey, 53, was snorkeling with a group of people in the Lower Keys today. Around noon, he stated he wasn’t feeling well and wished to return to a private vessel.
Dailey’s condition turned worse and after being helped onto the boat, 911 was contacted. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission responded on shore, where Daily was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the cause of death is happening. Foul play is not expected to be a factor.
